Description
Are you a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who enjoys seeing complex deals come together from start to finish? We're partnering with a well-established, highly respected firm in Greensboro that is looking to add someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment. If youenjoy working on sophisticated transactions, being a key player on closing day, and having your work truly valued, this could be a great next step.What You'll Do:
- Support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
- Draft, review, and manage leases, purchase agreements, closing documents, and due diligence materials
- Coordinate title and survey review, including resolving title issues
- Order and analyze UCC, lien, and zoning reports
- Prepare closing binders and ensure timely execution of all documentation
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties to keep deals moving efficiently
- 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate closing processes and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with real estate software is a plus)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Work on high-quality, complex deals with experienced attorneys
