We're partnering with a well-established, highly respected firm in Greensboro that is looking to add someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment. If youenjoy working on sophisticated transactions, being a key player on closing day, and having your work truly valued, this could be a great next step.

What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Draft, review, and manage leases, purchase agreements, closing documents, and due diligence materials
• Coordinate title and survey review, including resolving title issues
• Order and analyze UCC, lien, and zoning reports
• Prepare closing binders and ensure timely execution of all documentation
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties to keep deals moving efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate closing processes and documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with real estate software is a plus)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
