Description
LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a high-performing legal team in Tampa. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Finance experience is a plus.Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Draft, review, and organize real estate documents, contracts, and closing materials
- Maintain and update case files and transaction records
- Coordinate closings, title work, and lien searches
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Conduct research related to real estate law and financing matters
- Support attorneys with general administrative tasks as needed
- 3-6+ years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate
- Familiarity with real estate finance and lending is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite in Tampa

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
